**Effective January 2024, the Niagara-On-The-Lake Municipal Government has added a 3% Accommodation Tax to all B&B and Cottage Rentals that is applied to the Seasonal Rate, as well as HST.
Seasonal Rates:
Merton Suite: June 1 – October 31: $225 + $29.25 HST/night, single or double occupancy
Merton Suite: November 1 – May 31: $195 + $25.35 HST/night, single or double occupancy
Lewis Suite: June 1 – October 31: $265 + $34.45 HST/night, single or double occupancy
Lewis Suite November 1 – May 31: $225 + $29.25 HST/night, single or double occupancy
Extra person – $40 + $5.20 HST/night
